Demetrius Stinson serves as a Senior Real Estate Advisor at Toman & Co., bringing more than five years of experience across residential, commercial, and investment real estate.

Demetrius works with investors, buyers, sellers, and business owners seeking opportunities across a wide range of real estate asset classes. His approach is centered on helping clients identify opportunities, evaluate transactions, structure financing, and move deals from initial strategy through closing.

In addition to his work in brokerage, Demetrius is a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS #2109024), giving him a unique perspective on both the acquisition and capital sides of a real estate transaction.
